As a consulting firm, business travel represents the largest share of our greenhouse-gas emissions, particularly air travel, although it remains limited. We prioritize train travel for most trips. When flying is unavoidable, we consolidate travel to reduce overall impact.
Our human scale allows everyone to contribute ideas and initiatives. A dedicated CSR team works closely with internal groups such as Office, Happiness, and IT. All consultants sign our CSR policies and are encouraged to participate in actions and events throughout the year.

EcoVadis assesses, though does not certify, a company’s CSR performance across four pillars. The evaluation highlights improvement areas that OneHive actively addresses. Following our 2024 assessment (score 54/100), we formalized internal policies and defined tracking indicators for coming years.
Founded in 2020, OneHive is still in its growth phase. We believe certification should come once solid, lasting practices are in place. By embedding CSR deeply into our operations first, we’ll be ready to approach certification with strong foundations and proven results.
