Anaplan Connect réunit chaque année dirigeants, experts métier et partenaires autour des enjeux stratégiques du Connected Planning.
The 2022 edition will focus on concrete platform use cases and on how leading organisations are transforming their planning processes.
It is in this context that Tereos and OneHive will present a multi year transformation journey carried out within a global industrial group.
Depuis plus de deux ans, et avec l’accompagnement de OneHive, Tereos structure progressivement plusieurs domaines de planification dans Anaplan. Coopérative agricole rassemblant plus de 12 000 agriculteurs et deuxième groupe sucrier mondial, Tereos évolue dans un environnement complexe où la précision des prévisions, la gestion des volumes et la coordination des équipes sont essentielles.
Le projet présenté couvre aujourd’hui un ensemble cohérent de processus intégrés. Il englobe la prévision des ventes, la planification des lignes de conditionnement ainsi que plusieurs applications dédiées aux équipes marketing, commerciales et financières.
Cette construction progressive a permis d’impliquer un nombre croissant de départements et d’aligner les pratiques autour d’un référentiel commun.
The session will begin with an overview of the Anaplan environment deployed at Tereos. The objective is to show how the different functional building blocks connect to create a shared, fluid and scalable planning process.
A second part of the session will focus on B2C sales forecasting. Tereos teams will present a rich scope covering product listing, statistical forecasting, promotion management, budgeting, volume valuation and contribution margin calculation.
This demonstration will illustrate the platform’s ability to structure an extended forecasting process while remaining easy to use for teams on a daily basis.
OneHive currently supports several industrial and agri food players in structuring their Anaplan environments, from forecasting through to operational planning.

Speaker
Thibaut leads sales forecasting for the Sugar France activities. His role covers forecast production, integration of commercial plans and facilitation of the process with marketing, sales and industrial teams. He is deeply involved in the Anaplan transformation carried out at Tereos and will provide a concrete perspective on the expected improvements in B2C forecasting and its integration into industrial plans.
