Her scope covers sales planning, procurement steering, omnichannel flow coordination and alignment of operations with the brand’s growth ambitions. She notably led the structuring of forecasting and buying processes in Anaplan to improve visibility, secure trade offs and support the increasing complexity of both Retail and digital networks.
