Privacy Policy
Learn how OneHive collects, uses, and protects your data in compliance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.
Data Collection
When browsing the Site, and more broadly in the context of your interactions with OneHive, certain personal information may be collected.
This data may be provided directly by you when you complete a contact form, create an account, submit a business request, or apply for a job. It may also be collected automatically while you browse the Site (for example, through cookies or connection logs).
The categories of data concerned include, in particular: your first and last name, email address, phone number, company, as well as technical information related to your browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
In the context of a contractual relationship, we may also process your billing information and order history.
In the case of a job application, data related to your professional background may also be collected.
Purposes and Legal Basis
The processing carried out by OneHive has specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, in accordance with Article 5 of the GDPR.
This allows us, in particular, to manage your contact requests, provide our services and products, inform you of our news, carry out audience statistics, and improve our digital tools.
The legal basis for such processing is either the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, your consent where required (for example, to send a newsletter or use non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest in developing and improving our services, or compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Data Retention
Your personal data is not kept indefinitely: it is deleted or anonymized once the purpose has been fulfilled.
Thus, contact data is retained for 3 years after the last exchange, billing data for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations, and application data for 2 years after the last contact, unless you object.
Cookies and other trackers are retained for a maximum of 13 months.
Recipients and Data Transfers
Only authorized personnel within OneHive have access to your data, and only within the scope of their duties.
We may also share certain information with our technical service providers (hosting, emailing services, analytics solutions), who act as processors under Article 28 of the GDPR and are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations.
Your data is never sold to third parties.
In cases where transfers outside the European Union are necessary (for example, if a provider is located in the United States), OneHive will implement appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Data Security
OneHive implements technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or destruction.
These measures include, among others, access control, server security, the use of encryption protocols, and a strict policy for managing user rights.
Your Rights
In accordance with Articles 12 to 22 of the GDPR, you have extensive rights regarding your personal data: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability.
You may also withdraw your consent at any time where consent is the basis of the processing.
To exercise your rights, you may submit a written request to: dpo@one-hive.com
or by post to: OneHive – 102 rue de Réaumur – 75002 Paris
In the event of a difficulty, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the supervisory authority in France.
