Structuring industrial planning processes in Anaplan

A leading player in perfume bottles and luxury packaging, Pochet Group structured its production planning, Demand Planning and S&OP in Anaplan to align industrial sites, improve data reliability and strengthen Supply Chain management.

Align demand with industrial capacity

Deployment of production planning (MPS), Demand Planning and S&OP

As part of a Supply Chain transformation program, OneHive supported Pochet Group in structuring its industrial planning processes: Master Production Schedule (MPS), Demand Planning and S&OP. The Qualipac division, specialized in plastic components for perfumery and cosmetics, deployed a production plan covering all its industrial sites. This framework integrates load calculation, stock projections and plan adherence monitoring.


In parallel, Demand Planning applications and simulation capabilities supporting the S&OP process were deployed at Group level to align entities around a consolidated forecast and a shared industrial strategy.


The project was rolled out in phases to progressively structure industrial planning processes and support team adoption.

Unifying industrial planning

Centralizing data and harmonizing practices across sites

Industrial sites relied on heterogeneous methods, with scattered data on load, capacity and forecasts. Implementing a shared Anaplan application enabled centralization and management of this information within a single environment.

Teams can now simulate scenarios, adjust production plans based on capacity constraints and align Supply and procurement plans. The tool also improves communication between customer service teams and planners through a reliable capable-to-promise process, based on a consolidated and up-to-date view.

This approach strengthens coordination, secures trade-offs and improves responsiveness to demand changes.

Driving adoption and change

Embedding new standards and planning practices

Planning involved multiple teams: industrial planners, sales teams, customer service and Supply managers. The lack of a shared framework limited coordination. Beyond process and tool deployment, a comprehensive change management approach was implemented with our partner Argon & Co: business workshops, user training, structured documentation and ongoing support.
This approach ensured strong team engagement, adoption of new S&OP rituals and anchoring of best practices. The result: faster adoption, improved cross-functional collaboration and more fluid, shared decision-making.


The Anaplan application enables teams to share forecasts, loads and industrial scenarios in a single environment. Decisions are now made based on a consolidated view of volumes and capacities.

An internal center of excellence was established by training model builders able to evolve the solution and quickly respond to user needs. This organization embeds capabilities over the long term, accelerates improvement cycles and ensures controlled governance of the tool, fully aligned with business and operational needs.

Data architecture and integration

Connecting industrial systems and securing planning flows

An integration architecture was implemented to connect the SAP ERP to Anaplan planning models through automated interfaces. Production, stock and forecast data are synchronized to feed planning processes and ensure consistency of calculations.

The model incorporates site-specific constraints while maintaining a shared data framework. This architecture ensures data reliability and supports the evolution of processes over time.
