Common deployment challenges<\/h2><h3>Locally designed processes that are difficult to consolidate at scale<\/h3><p>A planning process developed for a pilot region addresses specific local constraints: a commercial calendar, an ERP system and particular business rules. When the scope expands to multiple regions, these initial choices create friction. Planning cycles differ across regions, time horizons are not aligned and product classifications vary from one entity to another. Consolidation becomes a manual exercise that is time-consuming and produces unreliable results.<\/p><h3>Siloed decisions made without a shared view<\/h3><p>Without a shared data framework, each region builds its plan using its own tools and submits data in its own formats. OneHive&#8217;s approach to securing an international deployment<\/h2><h3>Engaging local teams while building a core model focused on key decisions<\/h3><p>We identify local champions from the start of the project. Their role is to maintain alignment between design decisions made at the global level and the operational realities of their region. This framework ensures that exceptions remain controlled and do not undermine overall consistency.<\/p><h3>Deploying progressively to strengthen adoption at every stage<\/h3><p>We favour a phased deployment, starting with pilot regions. The first region validates the core model under real operating conditions, identifies necessary adjustments and delivers measurable results. These results provide the most tangible evidence for engaging subsequent regions. At every stage, change management is integrated into the project: targeted training, operational documentation and hands-on support after go-live.
