Data Collection<\/h2>\n

The processing carried out by OneHive has specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes, in accordance with Article 5 of the GDPR.
This allows us, in particular, to manage your contact requests, provide our services and products, inform you of our news, carry out audience statistics, and improve our digital tools.
The legal basis for such processing is either the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, your consent where required (for example, to send a newsletter or use non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest in developing and improving our services, or compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.<\/p>\n

Data Retention<\/h2>\n

Your personal data is not kept indefinitely: it is deleted or anonymized once the purpose has been fulfilled.
Thus, contact data is retained for 3 years after the last exchange, billing data for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations, and application data for 2 years after the last contact, unless you object.
