Born from a collective reflection involving all our employees, our CSR approach has evolved into a comprehensive strategy that addresses every dimension of sustainability: social, environmental, and ethical.

OneHive is committed to providing a safe, healthy, and respectful work environment for all employees. Our initiatives focus on mental health, inclusion, gender equality, harassment prevention, parental support, training, and career development. We conduct an annual employee satisfaction survey on working conditions to monitor progress.

Environment

Taking action every day

OneHive is committed to measuring and reducing both its own environmental footprint and that of its clients by fully integrating sustainability into its strategic decisions. We assess our annual carbon footprint and set ambitious reduction targets, with special focus on travel. Whenever possible, we prioritize train travel over flights. Awareness and training are also key levers in mobilizing our teams around these goals.

Responsible Procurement

Equipping ourselves consciously

We apply CSR principles to every aspect of our purchasing process. We prioritize local and socially responsible suppliers whose practices align with our values. We question each purchase, promote bulk and refurbished options whenever possible, and remain mindful of the environmental impact of items such as promotional materials and office consumables.

Ethics

Acting with integrity

Business ethics are central to our culture. We promote transparency and prevent corruption risks through staff training. Data protection is also a top priority: all employees receive cybersecurity training to mitigate the risk of data breaches and cyberattacks.
